Centenary Newcomers Added to Winter-Spring Academic All-League Team

ELMHURST, Ill.-The Summit League and Centenary College have announced that 31 newcomers were added to the Winter-Spring Academic All-League team. These deserving student-athletes add to the Ladies and Gents previous list now totaling 95 for the 2010 Spring season.

In order to be selected to the Academic All-Summit League Team, a student-athlete must have a 3.0 or better grade-point average (GPA) in the semester in which they compete and must use a year of eligibility.

Representing Centenary are:

Baseball: Keegan Acker, Trey McGee, Scott Pasket, Anthony Salinas, Cole Thompson

Men's Basketball: Matt Marseille, Travis Sims, Jeron Trotman

Men's Golf: Cannon Earp, Jay Frazier

Women's Golf: Rachel Grinnell, Justine Kemp, Kyndal Rose, Claire Whitis

Softball: Courtney Avery, Sara Dornelas, Reggie Salvatore

Men's Swimming: Ben Donaldson, Ross Olivier, Adam Pennington, Matthew Pitman, Michael Schwandt, Josh Scott, Ryne Smith, Chris Sullivan

Women's Swimming: Laura Huning, Kate Rivers

Men's Tennis: Michael Reeks, Micah Threadgill

Women's Tennis: Isadora Bickham, Holden Penney
