Coach Evans,
Speaking for all twenty eight of us and in addition for dozens of alumni you have coached and mentored, never in our lives have we met someone quite like you. Thank you for guiding us, molding us, helping us when we need you, coaching us on and off the field, and most of all, loving us. Simply put, our lives would not be the same had you not come into them.
Your life was spared on January 25, 2009 for a reason. You may not know why just quite yet, but your girls would like to believe it was for us. How unfortunate it is that just nine short months later, you have to leave. On behalf of us all: Stay by our sides, keep up with us, watch over us, and lastly, don't forget about us. You are in our hearts forever. We love you Coach Evans.
