SHREVEPORT-After an exciting non-conference win over in-state rival, Northwestern State, on Wednesday evening, the Centenary softball team will host Oakland in its Summit League opener on Friday and Saturday.

The Ladies (6-9) will play the Golden Grizzlies in a double-header on Friday beginning at 4:00 pm, followed by a single game on Saturday at 2:00 pm.

Following the weekend series, Centenary will travel to Louisiana-Monroe for a mid-week contest against the Warhawks on Wednesday at 6:00 pm before hosting Summit League Defending Champion North Dakota State.
