Ladies Golf in 12th After Day 1 at Fred Marx ULM Invitational

MONROE, La.-The Centenary women's golf team fires a two-round score of 689 to finish in 12th after Day 1 of the Fred Marx ULM Invitational on Monday.

The Ladies are led by sophomore Kyndal Rose (86-78) in a tie for 40th with a 36-hole total of 164. Sophomore teammate Justine Kemp (83-84) is three shots back from Rose tied for 47th with a total of 167.

Freshman Sarah Bradshaw (87-90, 177) is tied for 63rd overall, while sophomore Rachell Grinnell (91-90, 181) and freshman Kylee Goldthorn (95-95, 190) are in 68th and 71st place.

Sam Houston State (313-307, 620) leads the way and Troy (309-314, 623) and South Alabama (317-309, 626) round out second and third after the first day.

Centenary will wrap up the final round on Tuesday morning.
