SHREVEPORT – Centenary’s bid to garner its first softball win will have to wait as another series has been delayed due to inclement weather.

The Ladies sit at 0-8 heading into the weekend, but Saturday’s doubleheader against UT-Dallas has been moved to April 9 at 2 and 4 p.m.

The change came just a day after Thursday’s doubleheader against Millsaps College, Centenary’s home debut, was pushed back to March 15 at 2 and 4 p.m.

Jessica McDonald and Kalyn Harris lead Centenary’s offense, batting .381 and .333, respectively. Harris leads the squad with 12 total bases, followed by Lauren Swift and Lindsey Sconce, each totaling nine.
