SHREVEPORT, La. -- The Centenary Ladies fall 1-0 against the University of the Ozarks after a defensively strong game. Centenary falls to 0-5 on the season while UO improves to 2-4 on the campaign.

Madison Alexander led the Ladies with five shots, all coming on-goal, followed by Hannah Wright with four attempts, also on-goal. Frances Adams led Ozark with two shots followed by Alex Lewis.

The Maroon and White outshot the Eagles, 11-6. This is the first time this season Centenary has outshot its opponent.

At the conclusion of regulation, both teams were still without score. Ozark’s Brittanie Gragg, assisted by Frances Adams, put away the teams only goal 1:30 into the first overtime ending the Ladies third home game of the season.  

The Ladies return to action at Mayo field Sunday, Sept. 14, at 1 p.m.‚Äč
