ST. CHARLES, Mo. – Sophomore Ashley White won on vault and in the all-around, and the Ladies recorded numerous personal and season bests as Centenary gymnastics fell at Lindenwood, 194.825-189.250 Friday night, March 11.

White received the highest individual judge score on vault (9.900) in the competition, en route to easily receiving a career-best 9.850. The score was just 0.025 away from matching the Centenary record. White also won the all-around with a season-best 38.975, earning a 9.725 on beam (fifth) and floor (sixth) with a 9.675 on bars (fifth).

Freshman Navia Jordan finished fourth on floor with a career high of 9.800.

Senior Megan Desjardins, in only her third meet competing on all four events, turned in a solid final two rotations for a career best 37.850 to finish second in the all-around. She took sixth on beam with a 9.700.

Freshman Tavia Smith finished third in the all-around with a 36.200 in only her second meet of the season competing on all four events. Smith received career-best scores on both bars (9.350) and beam (9.225).

Rachel Zabawa won on beam (9.800) and floor (9.850) for Lindenwood, while Valeri Ingui took both vault (9.850) and bars (9.850).

Centenary returns to action when it travels to Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for the Midwest Independent Conference Championships next Saturday, March 19. First rotation scheduled for 4 p.m.
