SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Centenary (4-9-1, 3-6-1 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference) lost to #11 Trinity (14-1, 10-0 SCAC) 10-0 Friday night, October 20.

Both freshman Kelly Vazquez and sophomore Kyra Montes put a goal on target in the first half for the Ladies only shots of the game, but Trinity goalie Kelli Douma grabbed both shots for both of her saves for the game.

Chelsea Cole began the scoring for the home team in the fourth minute when she headed in a corner kick from Hanna Booher. The Tigers scored again in the 32nd minute and led 2-0 at halftime. Cole scored in the 56th minute on a cross from Julia Camp, who finished the game with four assists.

Colleen Markey added a hat trick, scoring a trio of goals in the second half.

Centenary was outshot 46-2, including 25-2 in shots on goal. Freshman Maggie Pitcher tallied a 11 saves.

The Ladies look to wrap up an SCAC tournament berth Sunday when they travel to Kerrville, Texas. Kickoff with Schreiner is set for 1 p.m.
