Ladies Golf Showing Steady Improvement

HUNTSVILLE, Tex. – Centenary’s women golfers continue to show signs of steady improvement as all four Ladies posted season low rounds in the Sam Houston Ellingson / Waterwood Fall Women’s Classic.  The Ladies finished 14th in the tournament, but managed to shave off several strokes from their season averages.


            Freshman Chloe’ Mims led Centenary with 244, shooting the team’s lowest round this year of 79.  Seniors Andrea Sanchez and Repsie Schirmer also tallied personal bests; shooting season lows of 86 and 85 respectively.  Freshman Lindsay Lewis added her lowest round of the year with 93, dropping a team-high three strokes from her season average.
