—The Centenary Ladies cross country team competed in the Mid-Continent Conference Championships on Saturday hosted by Oakland University. Southern Utah emerged from the meet as the 2004 Champions as the Thunderbirds posted a team score of 58 paced by three top 10 finishers. Western Illinois (69) and Valparaiso (78) rounded out the top three teams while Centenary finished ninth with a team score of 258.

Lori Von Pingel placed 47^th in the 6k race with a time of 27:39 to lead all Centenary finishers. Jennifer Bouso ranked second on the Ladies squad in 55^th place overall (28:20) while Taylor Robertson (60^th – 31:24), Halley Grantham (62^nd – 31:48), Stacy Nelson (64^th – 32:23), and Cecilia Chea (67^th – 39:02) rounded out the Centenary participants.
