SHREVEPORT – The Centenary men’s soccer team will finish the home portion of their 2005 schedule with a non-conference contest against visiting Birmingham-Southern.  The Gents will also bid farewell to graduating seniors Wes Hardin, J.J. Meyer, and Jon Wright in their final Mayo Field appearances.

The Gents are coming off a tough loss to Mid-Continent Conference foe Oakland, their first home defeat of the season.  Centenary (3-9-0, 1-2-0 Mid-Con) still has a possibility of making the Mid-Con postseason tournament for the first time since joining the league in 2003.

Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. with a pre-game ceremony to honor Hardin, Meyer, and Wright.  The Gents will then travel to Nashville, Tenn., to take on Lipscomb on Sunday.
