NASHVILLE, Tenn – The Centenary men’s soccer team, missing several starters to injury and mandatory suspensions, fell on the road to Lipscomb 7-0.

The Gents were forced to play without starting defender Aron Taylor because of injury, as well as defender Dustin Forward and midfielder J.J. Meyer after both collected their fifth yellow cards of the season against Birmingham-Southern.

Scott Mason scored four goals, two in each half, to pace Lipscomb.  The Bison outshot the Gents 24-6 in the contest.

Centenary keeper Donnie Henderson collected six saves in the loss.

The Gents finish out their season with three Mid-Continent Conference matches, all on the road.  Centenary faces Western Illinois on Friday, followed by a trip to take on UMKC and Oral Roberts the following weekend.
