SHREVEPORT, La. -- Three seniors play their final game at Mayo Field Friday, as the Centenary women’s soccer team (4-9-1, 0-3-1) hosts Oral Roberts University (3-8-3, 0-3-2). The home finale is set for 7 p.m.

Seniors Joann Bunn (Flower Mound, Texas/Marcus), Tracee Byrd (Long Beach, Miss./Long Beach) and Heather Kasparek (Broken Arrow, Okla./Union) all play their final home game of their collegiate careers Friday, looking to help the Ladies extend a three-game unbeaten streak at Mayo Field.

Bunn, a defender, scored the lone goal for Centenary in its last contest, a 1-1 draw with Mid-Continent Conference leaders Valparaiso, Oct. 13.

Leading the Ladies with 11 points, freshman Stefani Robbs (Dallas/R.L. Turner) has five goals and an assist in 11 games this season. Robbs, a forward, continues to rank among the Mid-Con leaders in both points per game (1.00 ppg) and goals per game (0.45 gpg).

Behind Robbs, junior Bre Fletcher (Schertz, Texas/Samuel Clemens) and sophomore Lauren Stanley (Mesquite, Texas/Poteet) have six and four points, respectively.

Leading the conference in saves (83) and standing second in saves per game (5.93), junior Ali Hilsher (Tulsa, Okla./Washington) has started all 14 games in net. Hilsher made four saves for the Ladies in the draw with Valparaiso, credited with a 1.74 goals-against average and a .783 save percentage this season.

Oral Roberts enters Friday’s game coming off a 2-0 loss to Oakland, Oct. 14.

Leading the Golden Eagles in the loss with four shots, senior midfielder Gentry Detter has three goals and 13 points this season. Detter ranks among the Mid-Con leaders with 40 shots, tallying one game-winning goal in her 14 games.

Registering three goals and eight points, junior Emily Gagnon stands second on the Golden Eagles in scoring this season.

In goal, both senior Mandy Evans and sophomore Shelbi Morrison have seen time this season for Oral Roberts. Evans has started the past three games, credited with a 1.05 goals-against average and a .840 save percentage in her five appearances.

Last season, Oral Roberts captured a 1-0 win over Centenary, with the game played in Tulsa, Okla., Sept. 23, 2005. Detter scored the game-winning goal for the Golden Eagles, scoring late in the second half.
