Fallin Signs with Ladies Cross Country

SHREVEPORT—Centenary head cross country coach Shelley Armstrong has announced the signing of runner Ashley Fallin of Ruston, La. Fallin twice won the Louisiana State Meet in the three-mile run (2005 and 2006) and was the one-mile champion with a time of 5:34.


“Ashley is a naturally gifted runner and competitor,” said Armstrong of her newest team member. “She will make an immediate impact on the team. We are looking forward to having her energy, drive, and leadership on the squad.”


Fallin’s Cedar Creek High School team was the top-ranked Class 1A team in the state last year.
