Gents Wrap Up Season, Honor Three Seniors on Saturday

SHREVEPORT-The Centenary men's soccer team will wrap up the 2009 regular season at home on Saturday against IUPUI at 7:00 pm.

The Gents (3-13-1, 1-4 Summit) will honor three seniors, Todd Faulkinberry, Mo Assi and Cole Campbell during halftime of Saturday's match.

Centenary enters the final contest having dropped a non-conference match to #13 North Carolina on Oct. 27, 5-0. Leading the way for the Gents offensively is Faulkinberry with three goals.

Following the senior is sophomore Tate McIntyre with two goals, both of which were game winners and two assists, while classmate Marcos Rodriguez has recorded two goals.

Sophomore John McHugh leads the team with four assists. In goal for Centenary has been junior Rennie Walker, making 83 saves for a .769 save percentage. Freshman Robbie Ramirez has also seen time between the posts, tallying 25 saves in 10 games played.
