The Ladies host Grambling State in their season home opener on Tuesday at 7:00 pm.

LADIES LAST TIME OUT
BATON ROUGE, La.-Facing the ninth ranked LSU Lady Tigers, the Centenary women's basketball team dropped a 92-19 contest on Sunday afternoon at Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge. The Ladies (0-2) shot just 18 percent (8-of-44) from the floor, while LSU (1-0) connected on 51 percent (32-of-63). Down 51-9 at the half, the Ladies weren't able to overcome the large deficit, scoring just 10 final points to close out with 19.

HOME SWEET HOME
Centenary will return home for the season home opener on Tuesday after opening the season on the road for two games. The Ladies were 3-12 in the Gold Dome last season.

JACKSON IS LEADER ON COURT
Junior scoring leader, Ashley Jackson, continues to pace the Ladies offensively after recording a team-high seven points in the loss to LSU. Jackson is averaging 10.5 points and 5.5 rebounds a game after Centenary's first two contests.

BARROW BRAVES LSU
Freshman Stephanie Barrow stepped in and played well against #9 LSU on Sunday. Off the bench, the Louisiana native, sank two three-pointers for six points and pulled down four rebounds in 27 minutes played.

SHOOTING STRUGGLES
The Ladies struggle offensively in their first two games. Centenary has scored just 60 points to its opponents' 180. They are averaging a 23 percent (23-of-102) field goal percentage and have connected on just five treys out of 29 attempts.

SERIES VS GRAMBLING
Grambling leads the all time series against Centenary, 3-1. The two teams last met in the 2008-09 season when the Tigers defeated the Ladies 77-63.
