Last season, Centenary posted a 4-5 mark in the Gold Dome. Over time, the Gents have accumulated an impressive 571-237 record in the home arena.

FRESHMEN FIND NICHE
Freshman Matt Marseille and Pedro Maciel have shown that college basketball isn't as intimidating as some say. Each of them have posted good numbers in their first collegiate game played. Marseille tallied 11 points for second best on the team against Marquette in the opener, while Maciel fired off eight points including two treys in the first win against Grambling.

NAKWAASAH ON BOARD
Sophomore Maxx Nakwaasah leads Centenary with 5.0 rebounds a game with a total of 10 through two contests. The Dallas, Texas native is tied for a team-high four steals with redshirt freshman Daman Starring.

BONHAM BLOCKS INTO BOOKS
Senior forward Jerrald Bonham is four blocks away from jumping into the record books. He currently has 43 and needs 47 to break the top 10 all time. The Plano, Texas native is coming off a 17-block season just last year and two against Grambling.

SCOUTING TEXAS COLLEGE
Texas College is an NAIA affiliate and a part of the Red River Athletic Conference. The Steers enter Thursday night's game, 3-1, and have already garnered two conference Athlete of the Week accolades in their short season. They return senior Trey Manning who led the team to a 2-0 start after collecting 15 points and 20 assists in Game 1 and 14 points and nine assists in Game 2. Manning currently leads the NAIA in assists. Texas College also returns junior Jacobie Bias who averaged 20 points in a split of two games last week.
