The Centenary women's basketball is looking for its first win of the season as it heads to Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday for a 3:00 pm tip-off.

LADIES LAST TIME OUT
MONROE, La.-Junior Anne Farrell notched a double-double of 12 points and 13 rebounds, but it wasn't enough as the Centenary women's basketball team dropped its Tuesday night contest to ULM, 62-42. The Ladies (0-5) were down by 20 (34-14) at the half, but produced a better second half performance to tie ULM with 28 points in the final 20minutes. Though, the early deficit sent Centenary home with its fifth straight loss.

FOREST TAKES OVER TOP SPOT
Senior Leslie Forest is now Centenary's all-time leader in blocks with 81 all time. In five games this season, Forest has tallied five blocks.

FARRELL ON BOARD
Farrell is working her way up the record books each game. The junior center is broke into the top three all-time with her last performance of 13 rebounds against ULM. With 457, she is 98 away from the second place spot with 555 by Zebber Satcher.

DOUBLE DOSE
Junior scoring leaders, Farrell and Ashley Jackson continue to pace Centenary in scoring and rebounding through five games. Farrell leads with 10.8 ppg and 8.6 rpg and four double-figure games and two double-doubles already this season. Jackson is close behind with 10.6 ppg and 7.0 rpg and has scored in double figures in three of the five games and has notched one double-double this season.

FREE THROW FUMBLES
The Ladies have struggled since the first outing of the season at the charity stripe. Shooting just 56 percent, having connected 35-of-63 from the line, Centenary is being outshot by their opponents from the line by five percent.

SCOUTING SELA
Southeastern Louisiana enters Saturday's contest with a 1-4 overall record, having dropped its last contest at Alabama, 68-55. The Lions only win this season has come against William Carey (86-45) at home. Leading the way offensively is Quantae Thomas with 13.8 ppg and on the boards for SELA is Zevy Ivory with 6.2 rpg.

SERIES VS SELA
This meeting will mark the fifth meeting of all-time between these two teams. Southeastern Louisiana leads the series, 4-1, entering this contest. The last time these two teams met was last season when the Lions took a 78-52 win over the Ladies in the Gold Dome on November 29, 2008. Anne Farrell led the Centenary returners with 11 points and six rebounds in that game.
