The Mastodons took a 2-1 lead on two singles in the third, but the Gents wouldn't allow the Mastodons to plate anymore as they put up five over the fourth and fifth frames.

Tompkins tied the game at 2-2 on his second blast of the game, before Centenary put together four hits to plate four and go up 6-2. Bell led off the fifth with a single. Following a walk by Acker, Shepard doubled to plate Bell and Acker. Ross would then put the game out of reach with a monster launch to left to plate two.
