Centenary camps underway; still time to register

SHREVEPORT – Centenary’s offseason isn’t taking much of a break as the Ladies and Gents started a series of summer camps, featuring five varsity sports: baseball, men’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, and volleyball

The Centenary Soccer Camp, now in its 27th year, kicked off the summer camps June 4, and includes a total of seven camps lasting until July 26.

The Gents baseball camp jumped into action June 5, starting Hitting Camp and Advanced Hitting Camp, followed by three weeks of Youth Camp (June 11-14, 18-21, 25-28), all from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.  and are $175.

Centenary basketball will host four camps from June 8 to July 18. The High School Skills Camp begins Friday, the first of the four, followed by Day Camp June 11-14.

The Ladies Volleyball program begins its Three-Day Skills Camp July 11 with instruction from head coach Jon Stenman, assistant coach Jon Valiao and members of the Ladies volleyball team.
