SHREVEPORT, La. – Seven Centenary gymnasts received bids to the USA Gymnastics Collegiate National Championships to be held at Brown University on April 11-13.

"I am excited for these seven athletes, who have worked so hard this season to have the opportunity to represent Centenary one more time,” said head coach Jackie Fain. “We will be competing with over half of our competitive line-ups and on all four events.  Each of these Ladies is deserving of this honor to compete at the national championships and we are looking forward to the experience."

Robyn Price and Stephanie Strickler will represent the Ladies in the all-around – competing in all four events. Kellie Slater will compete on the vault with Tawnee Hadd and Megan Desjardins on the beam. Sylvia Keiter and Jordan Anderson will round out the group competing on floor exercise.

Last season, the Ladies finished third at the USA Gymnastics National Championships. Strickler and Price received all-American nods last season. Price was first team in all-around and second team on vault while Strickler was named second team on bars.
