SHREVEPORT, La. – Centenary men’s and women’s head golf coach Emlyn Aubrey has announced the 2014 fall schedules for the Ladies and Gents. Both squads will compete in three tournaments during the fall season.

“Both women’s and men’s golf have had nice recruiting seasons. Now that we are eligible, we are looking forward to finally focusing on the process in getting to the postseason,” said Aubrey. “Our scheduling looks to test us with tournaments against primarily Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, American Southwest Conference and Southern Athletic Association opponents in which several teams from those conferences are nationally ranked. I’m excited to see what we can come up with on the links.”

The Gents open their season on Sept. 14-15 in Tunica, Miss., at the Tunica National Golf Club as part of Rhodes College’s two-day tournament. Both squads follow with a two-day tournament at the University of Texas at Tyler. The tournament, which begins on Sept. 28, at UT-Tyler stands as the season opener for the Ladies.

The Ladies return to the links on Oct. 5-6 at Highland Park Golf Club in Birmingham, Ala., as participants in the Birmingham Southern Tournament before closing out the season on Oct. 27-28 at the Diamondback Golf Club in Abilene, Texas as part of the Hardin-Simmons Tournament.

The Gents close out their fall slate on Oct. 20-21 at the University of Arkansas at Monticello’s Tournament at the Greystone Country Club in Cabot, Ark.
