IRVING, Texas – A pair of Matthew Wise penalty kicks proved the difference as the Centenary men’s soccer team fell 2-0 to the University of Dallas in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play.

Wise posted a PK in each half (34’, 60’) to move the Gents to 4-7-3 and 1-6-3 in conference play. Wise led the Blue and White with nine shots.

Centenary attempted nine shots in the contest with three coming on goal. Ivann Amaya paced the Maroon and White with three shots including one on target. Dillon Rogers and Kellan Klaus each logged an attempt on goal.

Rylan Whan took the loss in net for the Gents. Whan recorded eight saves in the complete-game effort.

UD attempted 30 shots in the contest with 10 on target.

Centenary returns to action on Sunday, Oct. 19 as they travel to Austin College. Kick is slated for Noon.
