SHREVEPORT, La. – The Ladies scored late off the goalies hands, but it was not enough as Centenary (1-13, 0-10 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference) fell to Schreiner (8-4-2, 5-2-1 SCAC) 3-1 Sunday afternoon on senior day, October 18.

The Mountaineers outshot the Ladies 24-6, including 14-3 in shots on goal.

In the 75th minute, freshman Maddy Brown took a shot from about 25 yards out. Schreiner’s goalie, Taylor Roberson, failed to catch the ball and it popped out of her hands over the line. Brown’s score was her only shot of the game.
