Volleyball Adds Loving for 2016 season

SHEREVEPORT, La. – Head Centenary volleyball coach Caley Carter is pleased to announce today, February 3, that Kristian Loving will play volleyball for the Ladies in 2016.

“She's a great student and has a positive attitude as a teammate,” said Carter. “She wants to learn and is willing to work hard, so she will fit in well with our current players, who are all striving towards turning the program into a winning one.”

Tyler, Texas (Bishop T.K. Gorman Catholic HS)

Kristian played as an outside hitter for head coach Jessica Layne at Bishop T.K. Gorman HS. Honors she received include Honorable Mention and Second Team All-District honors for 4A-District 2 in Texas. Academic accolades include an Academic All-State selection. Kristian also made the Principal’s Honor Roll and was a bronze medal winner on the National Spanish Exam.

The daughter of Randle and Deesa Loving, Kristian has one sister, Cassidy. At Centenary, she intends to major in biology.
