Thursday, April 7, 2016

SHREVEPORT, La. – Centenary head volleyball coach Caley Carter is pleased to announce the addition of defensive specialist Marissa Sandoval for the 2016 volleyball season.

"Marissa is a very sound ball control player who we expect to have an immediate impact as a freshman,” said coach Carter. “She's got a keen sense of court awareness that is rare in young players. She will make it a trio of defensive specialists with Amanda Farr and Kristian Loving, so there will be plenty of competition in our back row."

Sandoval joins a class that already includes defensive specialist Kristian Loving thus far.
