Wednesday, May 4, 2016

SHREVEPORT, La. – Centenary College and Ladies soccer 3rd-year head coach David Orr announced the 2016 schedule Wednesday, May 4. The slate features 19 games and an exhibition, including nine home games.

“The Fall of 2016 is going to be very exciting for Centenary Ladies Soccer! We have as many, if not more, newcomers to our roster as we do returners. This creates an exciting and anxious opportunity to build upon,” explained Coach Orr. “The returning players are all exceptional student-athletes and great people, and with an equally exceptional incoming class of newcomers, we are all very excited. This upcoming 2016 Ladies roster has the opportunity to build a positive legacy, and live that legacy for years to come. I know we have three months before we begin preseason, but I think we are all very excited and anxious to get started right away!

The season begins with an exhibition at the University of the Ozarks Aug. 27. The Maroon and White begin the regular season with a road game at Belhaven Sept. 1, which kicks off a stretch of five games in nine days.
