Ladies Soccer Offers Clinic in Early June
SHREVEPORT, La. – Centenary Ladies soccer, under the direction of first year head coach Greg Cathell, will be offering its first annual Spring Clinic on Saturday, June 3. The clinic is for girls between the ages of 13 and 18, and will cost $100 per player.
Check in will begin at Mayo Field at 9:30 a.m. The day will feature technical training, small/sided zonal games, a campus tour, and full scrimmages. The day concludes at 2:30 p.m. with an optional recruiting seminar.
Come train with the Centenary College coaching staff, as well as current and former Ladies soccer players. Camp attendees will work on technical, tactical, and functional training, and well as goalkeeping training (if applicable). All attendees will receive a clinic t-shirt, as well as snack and refreshments will be provided between sessions.
The Centenary College Girls’ Soccer Clinic is for the female soccer player who wants to improve both her knowledge and skills of the game. Players will be challenged to transfer the skills and knowledge they learn during morning training sessions to full-sided, afternoon matches. The clinic is for players who desire high-quality soccer training that is needed to excel in club, high school, and college soccer levels.
