2025 Junior Season: Delivered a strong junior season for the Ladies, returning to competition after an early-season injury … Made her 2025 debut on Feb. 14 at Northern Illinois and S.E. Missouri, posting a 9.500 on vault, 9.050 on beam, and 9.550 on the floor exercise … Continued her momentum on Feb. 22 against Texas Woman’s with a 9.375 on vault, 9.575 on beam, and 9.525 on the floor exercise … Added another solid meet on Feb. 28 at Bowling Green, Central Michigan, and Illinois State, scoring a 9.500 on vault, 9.725 on beam, and 9.650 on the floor exercise … Earned the MIC Coaches’ Choice Award for her comeback performance, marking the second Coaches’ Choice honor of her career … Recognized for delivering a season high on beam and successfully returning to all three events following injury ... Named to the Dean's List.
2024 Sophomore Season: Qualified for the 2024 USA Gymnastics Women's Collegiate National Championships on beam after another impressive season in which she competed in 13 meets on both beam and vault … Recorded a new career-high 9.8 on beam on Feb. 9 versus Alaska and Talladega at home and posted a season-high 9.625 on vault on March 8 against West Chester and William & Mary ... Was the recipient of the MIC Coaches' Choice Award on Jan. 17 as she earned one of the four individual honors that the conference chooses on a weekly basis after recording Centenary's best individual score of the Ladies' season-opening meet against SEMO with an impressive 9.675 on beam to finish third, also the Ladies' highest finish of the meet.
2023 Freshman Season: Foret flourished in her rookie season, qualifying in the All-Around for the 2023 USA Gymnastics Women's Collegiate National Championships and was named a Second-Team All-American by the organization Finished seventh in the AA at nationals (37.70) and tied for seventh on floor (9.80) … She won the AA four times and in three-consecutive meets (Feb. 26, March 4, and March 11) … In the Ladies' final home meet of the season, Foret earned a career-high 38.425 in the AA … Named MIC Newcomer of the Week twice during the season … Earned a 9.60 or better on vault in her final three meets of the season which included a season and career-high 9.725 at the USAG Nationals in April in which she finsihed in a tie for 11th place … Top score on bars for the season was a 9.425 against Lindenwood on March 11 … Scored a 9.625 or better on floor in all 11 meets and a 9.70 or better in the final nine and top score on floor for the season was a 9.825 against Hamline on Jan. 28.
