2024-25 Freshman Season: Capped off an impressive rookie season by placing eighth in the finals of the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:00.04 at the SCAC Championships in Garland, Texas, which was preceded by a time of 59.67 in the prelims- the eighth-fastest time in school history … He also swam the 10th-fastest time in the 100-yard butterfly (51.68) at the championships and was part of the Gents’ 400 medley relay team which finished seventh as they swam a time of 3:41.28 to complete a superb week for the rookie … Started his collegiate career strong in a pair of season-opening meets at home against McMurry on Oct. 11 and 12 as he won the 100 fly (55.93), earned runner-up finishes in the 200 breast (2:23.18) and 100 breast (1:05.94), finished fourth in the 100 free (53.21), and was a member of the Gents’ winning 400 medley relay team (3:47.96) and runner-up squad in the 400 free relay (3:41.27) … He had an impressive weekend on Oct. 18-19 in a pair of meets at the University of Ozarks as he won the 100 fly (55.15), finished as runner-up in the 100 breast (1:04.22), finished fourth in the 100 free (53.65), and was part of winning 200 and 400 medley relay teams … Led the way for the Gents in a sweep at Millsaps College on Oct. 26 as he claimed a trio of individual wins – in the 100 breast (1:04.96), 200 breast (2:27.83), and 200 IM (2:05.81), and was part of the Gents’ winning team in the 200-medley relay (1:46.49) … Recorded another hat trick of individual wins at home in a dual meet versus Millsaps on Jan. 17, winning the 200 IM (2:05.54), 100 fly (56.51), and 100 breast (1:03.50), and was a member of the Gents’ winning 200 medley relay team (1:46.05) … Had a strong finish to his regular season in a double dual meet at home versus Austin College and the University of St. Thomas on Jan. 18 as he won both the 200 IM (2:06.46) and 100 fly (55.28) and recorded a runner-up finish in the 100 breast (1:04.99) while being a part of the Gents’ winning team in the 200- medley relay (1:42.90) … Named to the SCAC Winter Academic Honor Roll ... Member of the Dean's List.
