2020-21 Junior Season: Earned a top-five finish in the 200-yard fly at the SCAC Championships in February, swimming a 2:21.76 .... Finished seventh in the 100-yard fly, swimming a time of 1:02.27 and placed ninth in the 100-yard back (1:03.42) ... Member of team that finished fourth in the finals of the 400-yard medley relay, swimming a time of 4:06.73 Part of the Ladies' 200-yard free relay team that placed 12th with a time of 1:48.63 ... Named to the SCAC Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll ... Named to the 2020-21 SCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

2019-20 Sophomore Season: Finished second in the 100 back at home versus Austin College on Jan. 18 with a time of 1:05.81 ... Finished fourth in the 400 IM at the Hendrix Invite on Dec. 7 as she swam a time of 5:20.38 ... Won the Women's 500-yard freestyle in 5:55.03 in the Ladies' home opener on Nov. 8 versus Millsaps ... Frost also earned a runner-up finish in the Millsaps meet in the 100 fly with a time of 1:04.73 ... Part of a team in the Millsaps meet which claimed the victory in the 200 medley relay, swimming a time of 1:59.97 ... Earned a runner-up finish in the 100 back as swam the event in a time of 1:09.22 in Centenary's season-opening meet on Oct. 18 at Millsaps ... Part of a mixed 200 medley relay team that finished third with a time of 1:58.43. 

2018-19 Freshman Season: Recorded a trio of season-best times at the SCAC Championships; in the 200 fly (2:26.45), 100 back (1:04.99), and 100 free (1:00.93) ... Posted the Ladies' seventh-best time all season in the 100 fly (1:07.06), the second through fourth-fastest times in the 200 fly, and eighth best in the 50 back ... Recorded top 10-season times in the 100 back and 200 back. 

Prior to Centenary: Played for the Baton Rouge Soccer Club ... 5x winner of Louisiana Writes French Writing Competition and was Runner-up in "Concours Marie Curie 2017" (French Writing Competition).
