Bio
Claire Hiler enters her first season as head coach of the Centenary volleyball program in 2026.
Hiler, a native of Wills Point, Texas, graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sports Management. She comes to Centenary from Coastal Bend College in Beeville, Texas where she served as head coach for two seasons. Prior to her season at Coastal Bend, she was an assistant coach at Dallas College- Richland.
Hiler has been the head coach for a club team, RIVAL Volleyball, since 2023 and previously coached RISE Rockwall Volleyball Club (2020), Brazos Valley Juniors (2020-2021), and Incredible Crush Volleyball (2021-2023).
She has hosted various volleyball camps, skills clinics, and club and recreation league team practices. She set up volleyball drills, organized club activities, coached developmental and elite volleyball players and hosted private volleyball lessons. Hiler also coached at regional and national tournaments for ages 11-18U athletes.
