2019-20 Sophomore Season: Finished second in the 100 back at home versus Austin College on Jan. 18 with a time of 1:05.81 ... Finished fourth in the 400 IM at the Hendrix Invite on Dec. 7 as she swam a time of 5:20.38 ... Won the Women's 500-yard freestyle in 5:55.03 in the Ladies' home opener on Nov. 8 versus Millsaps ... Frost also earned a runner-up finish in the Millsaps meet in the 100 fly with a time of 1:04.73 ... Part of a team in the Millsaps meet which claimed the victory in the 200 medley relay, swimming a time of 1:59.97 ... Earned a runner-up finish in the 100 back as swam the event in a time of 1:09.22 in Centenary's season-openming meet on Oct. 18 at Millsaps ...
