2018 Junior Season: Finished as a First Team All-American in the all-around with a season high 38.750 at the USA Gymnastics Championships April 13… At the USA Gymnastics Championships, also received season highs on bars (9.725), beam (9.800), and floor (9.725)… Named All-Conference in the all-around by finishing fourth with a total of 37.375 at the Midwest Independent Conference Championships March 23… Competed in 13 meets on the year, including 10 times in the all-around… Received a season high 9.575 on vault to finish third at Illinois State March 4… Finished in the top three in the all-around at seven meets for the season, including event crowns with a 37.175 against Texas Woman’s February 2 and a 38.400 against Southeast Missouri State February 23… Received Scholastic All-America honors from the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association and Academic All-Conference honors from the MIC.
2017 Sophomore Season: Qualified for USA Gymnastics in the all-around... Competed in 12 meets for the season... Finished second twice in an event two times during the season – on vault with a season best of 9.650 at Alaska March 5 and with a 37.450 in the all-around against Wisconsin OshKosh January 27... Also finished third in the all-around with a 35.600 at Alaska March 3 and with a 37.125 at Arkansas March 10... Also received season highs of 9.675 on bars, 9.650 on beam, 9.625 on floor, and 37.975 in the all-around... Named a Scholastic All-American by the National Association of Gymnastics Coaches... Also earned Midwest Independent Conference Academic All-Conference status.
2016 Freshman Season: Started the season on just vault and eventually competed on every apparatus by seasons end... Took third in the all-around with a total on 36.200 at Lindenwood March 11... Had season highs of 9.400 on vault at Texas Woman’s February 27, 9.350 on bars and 9.225 on beam at Lindenwood March 11, and 9.350 on floor at Wisconsin-Whitewater February 19... Named an MIC Scholar Athlete and an NACGC/W Scholastic All-American, as she was one of 97 gymnasts in the nation to finish the year with a 4.0 GPA.
Prior to Centenary: Competed for Sky High Gymnastics and head coaches David and Wanda Lewis... Accomplishments include:
- Regional Qualifier 2010, 2012, 2015
- 2nd on beam and 3rd on vault at the Anna Brashear Invitational 2015
- 2nd on bars and 2nd all around at Zenith Invitational 2015
- Champion on beam, 3rd on bars and 2nd all around at the Candy Cane 2015
- 2nd on vault and 3rd on bars and floor at the Sand Dollar Invitational 2015
Daughter of Shawn and Sheila Smith, and has a brother Tevon... At Frisco HS, was a member of the National Honor Society and the Honor Roll, a National Achievement Outstanding Participant and an AP Scholar with Distinction Award winner... At Centenary, majoring in biology and physical therapy.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Four Ladies Gymnasts, senior Navia Jordan, junior Cami Bea Austin, and freshmen Xian Baumgartner and Kendall Sanders, will compete at the annual USA Gymnastics (USAG) Championships during session one of the team semi-finals and all-around finals Friday afternoon, April 12, at the University of Bridgeport. The session, the first of two, is set to begin at 1 p.m. (2 p.m. EDT).
COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Ladies Gymnastics team finished the regular season Friday night, March 15, at Missouri. Minnesota won the quad meet with a 196.900, while the host Tigers and Michigan finished tied for second with a 196.800. Centenary finished with a 189.200.

DENTON, Texas – In its second meet of the weekend, Centenary took fourth at the Texas Woman’s Quad, finishing with a 190.425 – its highest road score of the season.
SHREVEPORT, La. – While the meet did not start off the way the Ladies Gymnastic team hoped on vault, they rebounded with season bests on the final three rotations and a big season best team score in 2019 by more than six tenths as Centenary lost a close meet to Air Force, 191.350-191.050 on Senior Night Friday, March 1.
ST. CHARLES, Mo. – Senior Navia Jordan claimed first on floor with a 9.825 and third on beam with a season best 9.800 to lead Ladies Gymnastics, but Centenary fell on the road at Lindenwood, 194.850-187.450 Sunday afternoon, February 24.

SHREVEPORT, La. – The Ladies Gymnastics team continued its trend of improving its team score in every meet this season. In the penultimate home regular season meet of the season Sunday afternoon, February 3, Centenary bested Gustavus Adolphus 190.375-182.725.
SHREVEPORT, La. – The Ladies Gymnastics team broke 190 for the first time in 2019 while also claiming six career bests and two event wins as Centenary (2-5-1) fell to Texas Woman’s (5-4) 192.875-190.075 Friday night, February 1.

Ladies Gymnastics Second on Beam, Finishes Fourth at UIC Quad CHICAGO – The Centenary Gymnastics Team finished fourth with a 181.800 total at the UIC Quad Sunday afternoon, January 13. Host UIC won the meet with a 194.200 while Kent State received a 191.250. UW-Osh Kosh took third with a 185.750.
