SHREVEPORT, La. - The Shreveport-Bossier Sports Commission announced Tuesday, November 28, that the second annual Shreveport-Bossier Holiday Classic presented by Southland Printing, will take place on Saturday, December 16 at the Centenary College Gold Dome with game times of 1, 3, and 5 p.m.
The schedule for event is as follows:
1 p.m. - Ladies vs. Millsaps
3 p.m. - Gents vs. Millsaps
5 p.m. - LSU-Shreveport vs. Northwestern State (men)
Admission is $10 (cash) for adults, students $5 (cash), and children 12 and under are free. One ticket provides entrance to all three games.
This will be the first season featuring the Centenary Ladies basketball team. Last season at the CenturyLink Center for the inaugural Classic, the Gents defeated Millsaps 80-54 behind Cedric Harris' 20 points and former Gent James Sapp's 17 rebounds.
