East Texas Baptist University is the team leader after shooting a 20-over par 308 as the Tigers are two shots ahead of LeTourneau University (+22 – 310). The University of St. Thomas is fourth at 39-over 327, Schreiner University is fifth (+47 – 335), McMurry University is sixth (+54 – 342), the host Tornados are seventh after shooting a 56-over 344, and Hendrix College is eighth at +87 – 375. The tournament concludes with the final 18 holes on Tuesday at 8:30 AM at the par 72, 5850-yard course.
Three golfers are tied for the individual lead at 4-over par 76 – Emerson Swanner and Kinley Pessel of LETU and ETBU's Anastasia Stava. Sophomore Haylee Crowder (Haughton, La.) and three others are locked in a four-way tie for fourth place at 6-over par 77 and freshman Gracie Evans (Lake Charles, La.) is tied for 15th place at 9-over par 81. Both Corwder's and Evans' rounds were career lows.
Junior Mya Thompson (South Jordan, Utah) shot an 11-over 83 and is tied for 19th place, junior Jordyn Templeton (Columbus, Texas) is tied for 24th after shooting a career-best 13-over 85, sophomore Amber Shaw (Hughes Springs, Texas) shot a 14-over par 86 and is in a tie for 29th place, and freshman Zoe Garcia (Magnolia, Texas) is in 47th place playing as an individual and shot a 43-over par 115.
