Shaw And Templeton Named To CSC Academic All-District® Women's At-Large Team
Sophomore Amber Shaw (Hughes Springs, Texas) and junior Jordyn Templeton (Columbus, Texas) were named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's At-Large team by the College Sports Communicators, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Greenwood, Ind. - Sophomore Amber Shaw (Hughes Springs, Texas) and junior Jordyn Templeton (Columbus, Texas) were named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's At-Large team by the College Sports Communicators, the organization announced on Tuesday.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in five divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and the College Division.
Shaw and Templeton have both excelled in the classroom in their careers. Both were named to the 2024-25 WGCA All-American Scholar Team by the Women's Golf Coaches Association and was also named to the SCAC Spring Academic Honor Roll and are members of the Dean's List. Templeton and Shaw were each named to the prestigious team for the first time in their careers.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
