This Week in Centenary Athletics
The calendar has turned to February and Centenary athletics is in full swing with seven different teams set to compete within a three-day period, from Feb. 5-7, which includes an action-packed weekend on campus.

The calendar has turned to February and Centenary athletics is in full swing with seven different teams set to compete within a three-day period, from Feb. 5-7, which includes an action-packed weekend on campus.
The Centenary women's basketball team gets it all started as the Ladies welcome Colorado College to town for a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference contest scheduled for 5 p.m. on Friday at the Gold Dome. The teams will also play on Saturday at Noon. *The men's basketball games versus Coloroado College were rescheduled for next Monday (Feb. 8) and Tuesday (Feb. 9) at 6 p.m. each night.
The men's soccer team will face the ETBU Tigers in a non-conference match on Friday at 5 p.m. in Marshall, Texas.
The Ladies softball team opens its season with a non-conference doubleheader at Texas-Dallas on Saturday with games set for 2 and 4 p.m.
The men's and women's cross country teams will compete at the 2021 SCAC Championships in Irving, Texas hosted by SCAC member University of Dallas. The women begin at 9 a.m. with the men following at 10 a.m.
The Ladies gymnastics team opens its season on Sunday at 4 p.m. as Centenary welcomes Air Force and Texas Woman's University to the Gold Dome.
The women's soccer team faces Piedmont College for a non-conference match set for 6 p.m. on Sunday at Mayo Field to wrap up the busy weekend.
In an announcement made prior to the first championships of the 2020-21 academic year, the SCAC reiterated its current fan policy as it relates to attendance at athletic events on its member institutional campuses.
