Ladies Set For Trio Of League Contests In Longview
The Centenary volleyball team is set for a busy weekend as the Ladies will play in a trio of Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference matches in a league crossover hosted by LeTourneau University inside Solheim Arena.

Longview, Texas – The Centenary volleyball team is set for a busy weekend as the Ladies will play in a trio of Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference matches in a league crossover hosted by LeTourneau University inside Solheim Arena.

The Ladies (2-16, 1-9 SCAC) took a break from conference play on Tuesday night as they were swept by the Southern Arkansas University Muleriders in a non-conference match inside the Gold Dome.
Centenary's first match this weekend is set for Saturday against Colorado College (13-7, 5-4 SCSC) at 11:30 AM and they will play the University of St. Thomas (18-2, 8-1 SCAC) at 5 PM and then wrap up the weekend with a match on Sunday versus McMurry University (9-10, 2-8 SCAC) at NOON.
The Ladies, who have lost nine matches in a row, recorded their last win on Sept. 28 at home over the University of the Ozarks (3-1). Centenary is 0-9 on the road this season of which seven of those matches were conference contests.
The Ladies have 631 digs, 448 kills, 405 assists, 110 aces, and 18 solo blocks this season.

The Ladies are tied for ninth in the conference in aces per set (1.90) and Harris is fifth in the SCAC in aces per set (0.60).
LOOKING AHEAD:
The Ladies' final five matches of the season will be played at home, beginning with a conference match versus the University of Dallas on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 1 PM.
