Longview, Texas – The Centenary volleyball team was swept by the McMurry University War Hawks on Sunday afternoon in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference match inside Solheim Arena.
The Ladies (2-19, 1-12 SCAC) dropped a pair of league matches on Saturday, falling to Colorado College and the University of St. Thomas and have now lost 12 matches in a row and are 0-10 on the road this season.
The War Hawks won the first set 25-13 and took set two 25-16 and had to outlast the Ladies in the third set, 26-24.
Centenary finished with 37 digs, 25 kills, 24 assists, and five service aces while McMurry recorded 40 digs, 36 kills, 31 assists, eight aces, and one solo block.

LOOKING AHEAD:
The Ladies' final five matches of the season will be played at home, beginning with a conference match versus the University of Dallas on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 1 PM.
