25 Centenary Student-Athletes Earn Academic Honor Roll Recognition
The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) announced its Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll today for the 2025-26 winter term and a record 360 student-athletes made the list. The 360 honorees marks the most during the winter season since the league split the spring honor roll announcement into separate announcements for the winter and the spring in front of the 2015-16 academic year.
SUWANEE, Ga. -- The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) announced its Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll today for the 2025-26 winter term and a record 360 student-athletes made the list. The 360 honorees marks the most during the winter season since the league split the spring honor roll announcement into separate announcements for the winter and the spring in front of the 2015-16 academic year.
Since its inception in the fall of 1997, just over 38,800 male and female student-athletes have been recognized for their contributions in the classroom.
Among the winter sports student-athletes receiving recognition, Colorado College led the way with 64 honorees, followed by University of the Ozarks with 40 and Hendrix College with 34.
To qualify, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.25 for the term and be a regular member of a varsity athletic team in a sport sponsored by the conference.
