The Gents (315-318, 633) finished +65 on the par-71 course and finished 48 shots behind tournament winner and host UT-Tyler.
Centenary was led in scoring by freshman Zander Winston (79-75) with a 36-hole score of 154 after shooting a team-best 75 on Tuesday. Winston's +12 was 13 shots out of the lead to place him in a tie for 23rd overall.
Freshman Jamie Gibson (78-80) fired a two-round total of 158, four shots behind Winston to tie for 32nd. Classmate Hank Strickler (81-79) trimmed two shots off his opening round score to tied for 38th with a total of 160.
Also scoring for Centenary was freshman Arni Sigurdsson (77-86), who led the Gents after the first round, but struggled a bit in round two, firing an 86 to total 163 for a tie for 48th. Freshman John Sidery (89-84) rounded out the Gents in scoring with a two-round total of 173 to place 66th.
UT-Tyler captured the team title aith a 585, followed by Emory in second with 601 and Schreiner in third at 604. Schreiner's Cheyne Kendall finished -1 under to take top individual honors.

Centenary will wrap up its fall season at the Sam Houston Invitational on Monday, Oct. 10 at Ravensnest GC in Huntsville, Texas.
