The Gents shot a 72-over par 632 (317-315) at the par 70, 6,639-yard course and will play the final 18 holes on Tuesday. The host YellowJackets are in second place after shooting an 18-over par 578 and trail leader California Lutheran University (+10 – 289-281 – 570) by eight shots.
Mississippi University for Women (MUW) and East Texas Baptist University are tied for third place at 23-over par 583, Hendrix College is fifth, Schreiner University sixth, Buena Vista University and LETU's "B" team are in a seventh-place tie, Moravian University is ninth, Howard Payne University is 10th, Kean University is in 11th place and three shots ahead of the Gents, and Kean's "B" team is in 13th place.
Cal Lutheran's Tate Evans is the individual leader at six-under par 134 and leads ETBU's Coleman Bales by five shots and are the only two golfers under par. Three golfers are tied for third place at 2-over par – MUW's Collin Jones, Cal Lutheran's Ryan Mattivi, and Moravian's Andrew Borneman.
Junior Aubrey Snell (Shreveport, La.) leads the way for the Gents after he shot a 9-over par 149 (76-73) and is tied for 25th place with Howard Payne's Caleb Modawell. Freshman Mason Wiener (Holland, Pa.) is tied for 48th place at 17-over par 157 (81-76), freshman Trey Bishop (Oklahoma City, Okla.) is tied for 55th place at 159 (77-82), and senior Jeffrey Borchert (Katy, Texas) is tied for 69th place at 27-over 167 (83-84).
Senior Colton Mayer (Heath, Texas) is in 78th place after shooting a 38-over par 178 (88-90) and senior Parker Christensen (Castle Rock, Colo.) shot a 43-over par 183 (88-95) and is in 80th place.
