The Ladies fell to 8-18 and 2-7 in the Summit League after dropping all three games to IPFW this past weekend.
Centenary is led offensively by junior Sara Dornelas with a .328 batting average and a team-best 21 hits. Seniors Haley Bassett and Allison Shepperd are close behind with a .286 and .268 clip.
As a team, the Ladies are hitting just .225 and are being outscored 140-81.
Dornelas also paces Centenary on the mound with 98.1 innings pitched. The righty owns a 3.92 ERA and a 7-12 record. Sophomore Reggie Salvatore has tossed 28.0 innings for a 6.00 ERA and a 0-1 record.
Louisiana Tech and Centenary will meet for the second time this season after the Lady Techsters took a 9-1 win in five innings over Centenary, holding the Ladies to just three hits in the outing in Ruston, La. back on March 3.
The all-time series is owned by Louisiana Tech at 44-13.
Louisiana Tech enters the game with a 14-10 record and a 2-5 mark on the road. Amberly Waits leads the offense with a .432 clip and a team-best 32 hits and five home runs, while teammate Meghan Knowles has a solid .395 average.
Meghan Krieg is 10-9 with a 2.34 ERA having tossed 122.2 innings this season.
Following the Wednesday contest, Centenary will travel to Southern Utah to take on the Thunderbirds on Friday and Saturday beginning at 2:00 pm CT.
