The Centenary women's basketball team will finish its season this weekend on the road with a pair of Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference games beginning on Friday against Colorado College set for 7:30 PM (8:30 PM Central) inside Reid Arena.

The Ladies will wrap up the weekend and their season on Sunday versus the University of St. Thomas Celts at 2 PM in Houston.
The Ladies (3-20, 2-12 SCAC) enter Friday's game against the Tigers (18-5, 13-1 SCAC) aiming to snap a seven-game losing streak and improve upon their 2-10 road record this season. Centenary lost a pair of home games last weekend to Hendrix College and the University of the Ozarks. The Tigers, 9-2 at home this season, have won three games in a row and defeated both Concordia University and Texas Lutheran University at home last weekend. Colorado College leads the SCAC's Gold Division and has clinched a berth in next weekend's SCAC Tournament in Conway, Ark.

Scoring: Senior G Amiyah Barrow (Baton Rouge, La.) – 9.7 PPG
Rebounding: Senior F Kyra Stokes (Shreveport, La.) – 7.0 RPG
Assists: Sophomore G Julissa Cabrera (Denham Springs, La.) and Barrow – 1.7/game each
Blocks: Stokes – 0.8/game
Steals: Cabrera – 1.4/game
The Ladies average 50.0 PPG, shoot 32.3 % from the floor, 25.6 % from 3-point range, and 64.3 % from the free-throw line while averaging 35.5 rebounds/game, 9.1 assists/game, 11.1 steals/game, and 2.6 blocks/game.
Barrow has scored in double figures 12 times this season and in six of her last nine games. She is top 10 in the league in minutes played, top 15 in 3-point FG made, and ranks among the top 30 scorers in the conference. Barrow needs just three treys to move into the program's all-time top 10.
Stokes is ranked in the top 10 in the league in blocked shots and rebounding and averaged 8.5 PPG and 10.0 rebounds/game last weekend with three blocked shots and an assist highlighted by her effort against the Warriors on Friday - 10 points and 13 rebounds for her second double-double of the season. Senior F Layla Powell (Fort Worth, Texas) has scored in double figures six times this season and averages 6.6 PPG.
