SCAC and FloSports Extend Exclusive Media Rights Partnership Through 2031
The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) and FloSports have agreed to a two-year exclusive media rights contract extension. The extension ensures SCAC sports will stream on the FloCollege platform through 2031.
AUSTIN, Texas – The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) and FloSports have agreed to a two-year exclusive media rights contract extension. The extension ensures SCAC sports will stream on the FloCollege platform through 2031.
As part of the extension agreement, SCAC member institutions will have full access to the FloSports Production Suite, a comprehensive collection of hardware and software tools developed exclusively for FloSports partners.
Designed specifically for Division II and Division III athletics, the platform enhances live broadcasts through improved production capabilities, graphics packages, and overall stream quality. FloSports is investing more than $1 million to deploy the Production Suite across its partner institutions, helping them deliver an enhanced viewing experience for fans.
Record-Breaking Viewership Growth
The extension follows a record-breaking year of viewership during the league's second year of the initial partnership:
- 78.0% YoY increase in total live viewership.
- 7.1 million minutes of live athletics action streamed.
- 304.1% YoY surge in social media impressions.
- 338.0% YoY increase in social video views.

Additionally, FloSports will launch a nationwide, free streaming option – the FloSports Channel – this Fall, giving fans more ways to watch select matchups.

The SCAC sponsors 19 championships throughout the year. Membership includes: Austin College, Centenary College, Concordia University (TX), Colorado College, University of Dallas, Hendrix College, LeTourneau University, University of the Ozarks, University of St. Thomas (TX), and Texas Lutheran University. Millsaps College and Southwestern University will join as core members on July 1, 2027.
