SHREVEPORT-Due to inclement weather in the area, the 17th Annual Curtis H. Stout Golf Invitational hosted by the Centenary baseball team has been rescheduled for Friday, November 13th at Olde Oaks Golf Club.
The tournament will play as a four-player scramble with an 11:00 a.m. shotgun start. For $150 a player or $500 team, green fees, cart, beverages, boxed lunch and snacks will be included. Prizes will be awarded for first through third place, as well as for any hole-in-ones, the longest drive and closest to the pin.
Following play, there will be a silent auction, a Texas Hold 'Em Tournament and presentation of awards.
Proceeds will help benefit Gents baseball in hopes of another successful season on the diamond.
