SHREVEPORT �- The Centenary softball team and head coach Mark Montgomery have announced the signing Kelsey Regan to a National Letter of Intent. Regan, a Shreveport, La., native becomes the fifth to join the Ladies program for the 2010 season.
Through Regan's junior season at Bryd High School, she has been named first team all-district and first team all-city three times. In 2007 she was named honorable mention all-state and after her junior season Regan took home first team all-state honors.
Offensively, Reagan has batted .452 in three years, knocked in 133 RBIs, put 16 over the fence and has thrown out 36-of-40 base runners. She also has picked off six runners and has a .986 career fielding percentage.
